Here is a guide to help you feed your duck cherries:
-Start by soaking the cherries in water for a few minutes. This will help them release their juices and make them more digestible.
-Take your soaked cherries and remove the pits, stems, and leaves.
-Make sure the duck’s water is clean and change it if necessary.
-Put all of your soaked cherry pieces into their new bowl or container.
-Feed your ducks with small amounts at a time so they don’t get bored, but don’t give too much because they might not be able to eat it all! (3% is about 1/4 teaspoon per quart)

What Berries Can Ducks Eat?
Berries are in general a good addition to a duck’s diet, as they can help them with the loss of feathers, osteoporosis, depressed immune system, and arthritis. There are many benefits to feeding a duck with berries.
-May improve digestion of duck

While you can give berries to your ducks, it is not recommended to feed them berries as their primary source of nutrition. They have a higher requirement for protein in their diet. Too many berries can be unhealthy because they do not contain that much nutritional value when compared to other foods.
The most common berries that ducks enjoy are:
-Raspberries are a good option since they contain positive nutrients like vitamin C, manganese and phosphorus.
-Blackberries are made up of 85% water, making them another option because of their hydrating quality.
